The family of Daniel Lavallée sadly announces his peaceful passing at the age of 62 on May 12th 2020 at the Montfort Hospital in Ottawa. Dan, son of Gérard and Rita Lavallée, leaves behind his loving, good friend, Monique Liberty; his son, Mathew Lavallée (Mélanie Ménard); his sister, Carole Lavallée; his nephew's, Patrick, Jean-Francois and Alexandre Guibord; and his grandchildren Maveryk and Marelyn Lavallée.
The family members would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the doctors and nursing staff at the Montfort Hospital, as well the wonderful, caring, compassionate caregivers (RNs, RPNs PSWs) of the Bayshore Health team for taking such good care of Dan and being there for him.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
