Daniel Arpad Farkas

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Daniel A. Farkas (Danny), devoted husband, father, and papa. Surrounded by his loving family in his final moments, Danny left us on September 13, 2024 at the age of 65 at Trillium Mississauga Hospital. He is survived by his wife Carla; daughter Wendy (Frank); granddaughter Keira; siblings Paul, Elizabeth (Dave), Donald (Lori), Bonnie Lou (Ray); and numerous other family members and friends. Danny was predeceased by his parents Paul Sr. and Mary Veronica. 

Danny cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. He enjoyed traveling on family vacations, watching movies, fishing and good food. Danny had a memorable smile and huge heart when it came to his family, especially his granddaughter, who was his “Little Sugarplum”. 

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 9th at 2 p.m., at Erin Mills United Church, 3010 The Collegeway, Mississauga ON.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
