Charles Alexander Bock passed away peacefully April 10, 2024 relinquishing his struggle with advanced COPD at the age of 62.
Charles is predeceased by his parents Maureen and Guenter Bock and his brother Richard Bock.
Charles (his family all called him Sandy) will be missed by his sister Deborah Bristow (brother in law Eric), sister Margaret (Margo) Bock, and sister in law Deb Bock. Charles leaves behind nieces and nephews as well as grand nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by many friends and his cherished AA friends.
Charles was born Feb 17 1962 and grew up in Oakville Ontario. He had many health related struggles to deal with throughout his life. This latest one added to the others, COPD, was for him, one of the hardest to bear as it became more advanced.
As a single person Charles loved his mother and aunts and became their go to guy in their old age.
Charles' spent this past summer enduring two months on a ventilator in ICU, and then being in a hospital setting until his death. He had had enough. May he now be at peace.
Interment of Charles' ashes will take place at a later date at the Spring Creek Cemetery in Mississauga.
