Carolyn Rutha Vallee (née Simpson)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carolyn Rutha Vallee (née Simpson) on February 19, 2025, in Alliston, Ontario, at the age of 82.

Born on September 5, 1942, in Toronto, Ontario, Carolyn was a loving wife, devoted mother of two daughters, cherished grandmother to five grandchildren, and beloved great-grandmother to seventeen great-grandchildren. She married the love of her life, Jacques Vallee, on May 7, 1960, and they were blessed with 52 years of marriage. In the later years of her life, Carolyn found companionship with William Arthur Edwards, who brought joy and comfort to her days. Together, they created new memories and shared in the adventures life had to offer.

Carolyn is survived by her daughters, Heather Ierullo (Giuseppe), and Jacqueline Taylor (Steven), and their children and grandchildren. Her legacy of love and kindness lives on through her family, all of whom brought immense joy to her life.

She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in our hearts.
