Passed away at age 83 from a prolonged illness on Saturday 29 November 2025 at the Queensway Carleton Hospital in Ottawa.
She was a resident at the Stittsville Villa in Stittsville Ontario.
She is survived by her brother Robert Wilson(Jeri), daughter, Cheryl Gillies (Steve), grandson Ryan Gillies (Erin) and great grandsons Jacob and Liam Gillies.
Carolyn is predeceased by her parents Homer & Marjorie Wilson (nee Dodson), husband Blaine Calhoun, daughter Linda, son Brian and grandson Jason Gillies.
She will be fondly remembered by her Eastern Star sisters and friends in Fredericton and St. John, New Brunswick.
Carolyn will be interred in Fredericton, NB, in the spring of 2026.
