In loving memory of our Mom, the kindest person we ever knew.

She was a Christian lady her whole life despite her having been raised in various foster homes.

She worked at the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada for over 20 years until retirement at 65. She lived in and out of foster homes until she was 14 when an amazing lady Mrs.St. John, took her in and changed our mom’s life. That is when she met her lifelong friend, Dorothy.

She is lovingly remembered by her children, Steve (pre-deceased), Trish (Will), Sharon (Al), Cathy (Jason), And her 8 grandchildren, Ryan, Andrew, David, Kayla, Matthew, Michelle, Kyle, Victoria. And remembered by her great-grandchildren.

Thank you to the staff at the Leacock Care Centre, the nurses Vaishali and Andrea. A special thanks to Valerie, Keri, and Suzanne who went above and beyond to care for my mom. Also, to my best friend, Carol, that has and is, been a huge support during this difficult time, and finally, to my stepmom, Lesley, that has been there for me throughout my whole adult life and a big support as well through all of this.

There will be no services at this time. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada would be appreciated.
