Carmen Aubin of Gatineau, QC, formerly from Martintown, ON, passed away on September 1st, 2025 at the age of 84 after a brief and unexpected illness. She is survived by her children, Corinna Kealey (Jacques), Todd Kealey (Patty), Sean Kealey (Marie-Josée) and Jason Kealey (Catherine).

Preceded in death by her parents, her sister Loraine and her brother Gabe (Marge), she will be dearly missed by her siblings Irene (Morris), Robert (Geraldine), Cecile, Lucille and Marcel (Laura).

Her memory lives on with her beloved grandchildren, step grandchildren and great grandchildren: Timothy, Sarah, Sébastien, Jacob, Gabrielle, Rose, Liam, Emmanuelle, Matthew, Erica, Amanda, Liam, Charles, Derek, Estéban, Dalianne and Tinaye who are heartbroken by her passing. She also leaves many caring nieces and nephews.

Our Mom, Carmen, was a model of quiet resilience and loved the time she spent laughing with her cherished siblings and family. She will be remembered for her green thumb, her love of games, her dedication to the wellbeing of her kids and, the pride and joy she demonstrated when hugging her grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th, 2025 at Église Sainte-Marie, 4831 Innes in Orléans. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of service which will begin at 10:30 am.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Arthritis Research Canada.
