He will be missed dearly by his siblings: Jojo (with wife Isa), Evelyn (with husband Alfredo), Henry (with wife Imelda), and Ernie (with wife Mel), who carry forward his spirit and values. He now rests in unity with his parents, Silvina and Maurice, and his late brother Celso, in the arms of our Heavenly Father.

His work ethic was shaped by earlier roles at Lea & Associates as an Accountant from 1984 to 1995 and Naylor & Company as a Junior Auditor from 1979 to 1984. His impressive credentials were complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of the East in Manila, Philippines. A proud CPA, Carl achieved professional recognition in both the Philippines and Canada, and his contributions to the field of accounting remain a testament to his diligence and expertise.
Carl will be remembered not only for his professional achievements but also for his vibrant personality. His sense of humour and endless jokes made him a cherished figure within his family and social circles. Carl also often found solace and joy in music, a passion that coloured his life with melody.
