Peacefully on September, 24, 2026 in her 98th year surrounded by the love of her family. Camilla was the devoted wife of the late Malcolm Tod (1992 - 2017) and the late Ken Rigby (married 1952 - 1974).
Cherished mother of Linda (John) and Christine (Charles), loving grandmother of Kaitlin (Ben), and Matthew and proud GiGi of Kyle and Brooke. Caring stepmother of Malcolm's children Heather (Kirk), David and Lawrence (Debra) and their grandchildren Paul (Darcie), Michael and Zoe and great-grandchildren Kennedy and Graydon. Lovingly remembered by her dear sister Joan Wiffen (Ted - deceased), niece Janice (Ted) and nephews David (Diane), Greg (deceased), Christopher (deceased) and their families along with the Rigby clan.
Camilla proudly served in the Air Force in Trenton. There she met her first husband, Ken. She later moved to Sarnia and while working as an administrator at Lambton College she met the man who would become the love of her life, Malcolm. They married and spent many years as active members of the community, delivering Meals on Wheels, enjoying sailing at the Sarnia Yacht Club and their membership at the Sarnia Golf & Curling Club. With Malcolm at her side Camilla also enjoyed cross-country skiing, entertaining family and friends, playing bridge and travelling the world. In their later years they left Sarnia and moved eastward to be closer to family.
All who knew Camilla thought of her as a sweet, kind lady, elegant in every way. She will be remembered and held dear in the hearts of her family, "I love you more!", and her many friends.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Sunrise of Erin Mills for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice in memory of Camilla. Online condolences can be made at basicfunerals.ca.
A private interment service for the family will be held at a later date.
