Born November 12, 1946 in the Philippines, Arturo arrived in Ottawa, Canada in 1974.
Beloved son of Jesus Morales & Beatriz Talavera Morales and dear brother to Erlinda Morales-Mann/Ellwood Mitchell, Gregorio Morales/Imelda Gaerlan Morales & Maria Rosario Morales Santos/Rolando Santos. While in the Philippines, he worked for the Coast Guard as a Radio Operator. In Canada, he worked as an Architectural Draftsman. Later, he was self-employed as an Electronic Technician until his death.
Although, quiet and reserved, he loved his family.
