Antonio "Tony" McNicoll

Antonio died peacefully on Friday, April 14, 2023 in Gatineau, Quebec.

Loving father to his two sons, Gilles (Kim) and Dan (Vicki) and beloved grandfather to Matthew, Kellie, Joshua (Vanessa) and Tara. Son of Francois and Albertine (nee Fortin) of Roberval, Quebec, he is survived by his brother Michel and predeceased by his brothers: Jean-Charles, Lionel, Benoit, Robert, Claude, Georges, and sisters: Paulette, Monique, Gemma-Nicole, Monique (Monic), and Andrée.

Antonio served for close to 20 years as an Aviation Systems Technician with the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF). Remembered for his good nature, integrity and sense of humour, Antonio was dedicated to his volunteer work and was an enthusiastic member of his church choir. His favourite place was his cottage in Val-des-Monts, Quebec where he spent many happy hours cutting the grass and perfecting the game of lawn golf.

The immediate family will hold a small celebration of life in his honour.
