Born April 9 1931, succumbed to cancer on January 16, 2015. Tony, from a large family in Sydney, Nova Scotia, spent much of his working life in the coal mines there. Tony will be greatly missed by Mary Maynard and family, whose care and concern guided him through his last months. He will be remembered for his generous nature and love for Mary, his closest friend. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church and interment at Pine Hills Cemetery. Donation to the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of flowers would be appreciated.
