Annette Pomerleau

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Annette Pomerleau (née Caron), who passed away on October 8, 2026, surrounded by her loving family, following a short but courageous battle with cancer.

Annette was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Bert Pomerleau, and a loving mother to her two daughters, Carole Michaud and Diane Legault. Her family was the centre of her world, and she cherished the love and special moments they shared throughout the years.

She was a much-loved Gramma to Christina Melegh (Tom), Stephanie Anderson (Marc), Travis Legault (Emma), and Shawn Michaud (Robyn), and a proud Grams to Logan (Sarah), Lachlan, Layla Anderson, Theo, and Myles Legault. Her family brought her immeasurable joy, and she will forever hold a special place in each of their hearts.

Annette also leaves behind her beloved sisters, Cecile Bissonnette, Denise Bissonnette, and Marcelle Craibe, along with many nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.

She was predeceased by her parents, Godfrey Caron and May Caron (née Lalonde), and her beloved son-in-law, Richard Legault.

Annette’s love for her family will live on through the memories they shared, the bonds they created, and the love she gave so freely. Though her passing leaves a profound sadness, the warmth of her presence and the love she gave will remain with her family always. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Forever loved, forever missed, and always remembered.
