Angel Gabriel Grajales

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Angel Gabriel Grajales on December 17, 2025, in Barrie, Ontario. Born in Colombia, he moved to Canada in 1998 and built a life centered around his deep love for family.

Angel is survived by his children Orlando Grajales (Ana Bolena), Adriana Bagby (Andrew Bagby), and Yenny Ray (Gerald Ray); his sisters Mariela Grajales and Gabriela Grajales; his grandchildren Daniel, Brenda, Giselle, Valeria, Camilla, Katalina, Melanie, Logan, and Julianna; and his great-grandchildren Elizabeth, Eduardo, Ezekiel, Sofia y Thalia. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Blanca Agudelo de Grajales, and his son, John Grajales.

Known for his generosity, joyful spirit, and great sense of humour, Angel cherished time with his family, enjoyed soccer, and loved watching his series on Netflix. We remember his quick wit. His unconditional love will be forever missed.

A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, December 24th from 1:00PM - 2:00PM
at Basic Funerals - Jennett Memorial Centre (152 Bradford Street, Barrie).
Following the Service, a Reception will be held until 4:00PM

In addition to the Memorial Service,
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 26th 1:00PM
at San Lorenzo Church, 2981 Dufferin Street, in North York

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Caravan of Hope in memory of Angel.
