With his wife and daughter by his side, Alan passed away peacefully on April 7, 2024. Beloved husband to Janet. Father to Sara (David) and Peter (Francesca). Grandpa to Gemma, Charlotte and Jesse.
Anyone who knew Alan knew his good sense of humour, helpful nature, meticulous attention to detail and his obsession with Manchester United football. When he wasn't watching football, he was assembling detailed model aircraft or working on projects helping others. Alan will be greatly missed.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 10 at 2:00 pm at Hope Chapel, 4660 Bank Street, Ottawa.
