Judith Karen (Slusar) Yaciuk

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Judith Karen Yaciuk (nee Slusar) born on June 23, 1941 and passed away on August 28th, 2023 at the Royal Victoria Hospital from cancer.

She was predeceased by her husband Allen Yaciuk, her son James Cook, and brother Terry Slusar. She is survived by Julie Cook (daughter), Matt Williamson (son in law), Connie Cook (daughter in law) and grand kids Lawrence and Jen (wife), Jennifer, Rebecca, Brianna, Calvin, and her dog Lulu.

She will be remembered as a strong independent woman who loved to golf with her partner in crime Allen, travel with family and friends, and spending time with family. She was the best mom and gramma anyone could ask for who had a heart of gold.

There will be a graveside service set for a later date.
